Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Bhadra's follows a strict no-refund policy.

  • Clients can exchange or return sunglasses or frames within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and the original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The exchanges product will be delivered within 5 days.

  • Clients can cancel their purchase within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after 12 hours will not be accepted unless initiated by Bhadra's

  • If an order is cancelled by Bhadra's due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued, along with the reason for the cancellation.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days.

  • If the client selects a product priced lower than the original purchase, the price difference will not be refunded. A credit note will be issued for the difference amount.
